What Is Postural Therapy?

Postural therapy looks at the entire body, not just the spot where you're feeling pain. Why? Because often, the place that hurts isn't where the problem started.

Your shoulder pain might actually be coming from your hips. That nagging pain in your right hip? It could be caused by your left ankle or the way your spine curves. Everything in your body is connected — when one area is out of balance, another part has to compensate, and it's often these compensating parts that end up overworked and in pain.

Pain is your body's way of signaling that something's off. It's like a "Check Engine" light — pain is asking you to check in and make adjustments toward alignment.

The good news? Your body wants to return to alignment. Posture therapy provides opportunities for the body to let go of tension patterns and ease back into alignment. The change can be immediate, or it may take some time, but you will find the pain fades, movement feels better, and your body starts to function the way it was designed to — strong, mobile, and pain-free.

Meet Jeremy

I'm Jeremy, an Egoscue-Certified Postural Therapist and Chek Institute Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach — passionate about helping you align your body-mind and maximize well-being.

For many years, I experienced complete debilitation from post-concussion syndrome (PCS) and a herniated disc (back-pain). My approach is deeply educated by my own healing experience and 8,000+ hours of meditation, giving me a unique perspective on how to bring the body back into alignment on a mental and physical level.

I love to work with motivated individuals who feel ready to tackle their sticking points by addressing balance in their lifestyle, body, and mind. I can't wait to help you heal your chronic pain and live your life to the absolute fullest!
