I believe true healing starts with learning to listen.
For years I lived with the debilitating reality of post-concussion syndrome and a herniated disc. Conventional approaches got me partway, but the real shift came when I started listening โ to my body, my breath, and the patterns I'd been pushing through. Over the years I've invested more than 8,000 hours in meditation practice, and that practice is the ground beneath the work I do now.
